Is a Ceramic Coating right for me?
Ceramic Coatings are one of the best ways to keep your cars paintwork looking its best for years to come. If you’re sick of having to wax your car every few weeks, or you’d rather spend less time cleaning and more time enjoying your car, a coating may be the way forward.
Will Ceramic Coatings stop scratches and stone chips?
In short, no. However, the coatings we apply are a sacrificial layer designed to reduce the damage caused by abrasives on the surface of your paintwork. Most of the day to day scratches caused by incorrect wash techniques and things brushing up against your car will de scratching the ceramic coating instead of your paintwork, which means over the years of the coating being on your car, the scratches will appear reduced, without polishing!
Do Ceramic Coatings Actually Last Years?
SB3 Coatings, the brand we have chosen to become accredited by, offer an independent warranty for your coatings. This means that if they don’t last for their expected lifetime (2, 3 or 5 Years) then we will reapply the coating free of charge to you. This means you can have peace of mind that you’re actually getting a premium product.
